Who sells this

Cited is run and sold by OPTIMUMTECH FUSION SRL, a limited company registered in Romania: tax ID (CUI) 48288243, trade register no. J22/1781/2023 (EUID ROONRC.J22/1781/2023), registered office Str. Zorilor nr. 2B, et. 1, Valea Lupului 707410, Iași County, Romania. It is not registered for VAT. Contact: contact@optimumtechfusion.com.

What the service is, and what it is not

The free check reads public pages of a website and reports whether AI search crawlers can read it, with a draft of buyer questions. The paid audit asks the answer engines that are switched on at the time (listed on the pricing page) those questions through their official APIs and records the answers, the businesses named and the sources cited, with the exact prompts, plus a review of up to 10 pages and best-practice suggestions.

No promise of results. We do not promise, and cannot control, whether any AI engine mentions or recommends a business, or how it ranks anyone. Answers vary over time and between the API and consumer apps; the audit is a dated sample. The suggestions are common practice; public studies found little or no measurable effect on AI answers for some of them, as explained on the method page. Cited is not affiliated with OpenAI, Perplexity, Anthropic, Google or Shopify; their names are used only to describe what we check.

Only check sites you own or are allowed to assess. Don’t use the service to probe, overload or resell it.

Terms of sale: audit ($149)

  • What you buy. An audit pass for one browser: 3 audit runs within 30 days of payment, each covering one website, up to 10 pages and up to 20 questions per engine, delivered on screen and as a Markdown download.
  • Price. A single payment of $149 USD. That is the total: no tax is added (OPTIMUMTECH FUSION SRL is not registered for VAT), and there is no subscription. Your card issuer may add a currency-conversion fee.
  • Payment. Stripe takes the payment on its own checkout page; we never see your card details. Stripe emails the receipt. Card statements show a descriptor starting with OPTIMUMTF or OPTIMUMTECH FUSION.
  • Delivery. Straight after payment, on the page Stripe returns you to: the pass is checked with Stripe and saved in that browser. Keep that page’s link to open the pass in another browser.
  • Starting at once, and your right to cancel (EU and UK consumers). Before checkout you ask us to start immediately. You can cancel for a full refund within 14 days as long as you have not run an audit. Once your first audit is delivered, the right to cancel ends (Directive 2011/83/EU, articles 14(3) and 16; UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulations 36 and 37).
  • Limits. Engine calls are capped per day across all customers. A run that fails on our side does not count; email us and we add it back or refund it.
  • Liability. The report is information. We are not liable for business decisions made from it, and our total liability for the audit is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow a limit. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • Law. Romanian law applies, without taking away the protection of the law of the country where you live as a consumer. EU consumers can also use the EU consumer redress tools.

Terms of sale: monthly monitor ($49 a month)

Not on sale yet. When it opens: $49 USD a month (OPTIMUMTECH FUSION SRL is not registered for VAT), billed monthly by Stripe until you cancel; you can cancel any time from the link in your receipt, and it stops at the end of the month already paid. Each month we re-ask your saved questions and report what changed. The same no-promise, liability and law terms as the audit apply.

Refunds

  • No audit run yet: full refund if you ask within 14 days of paying.
  • It didn’t work: if the audit fails on our side and we can’t fix it, a full refund at any time within 30 days.
  • Monitor: cancel any time; the current month is not refunded unless the monitor failed to run.

Email contact@optimumtechfusion.com from the address on your receipt, with the payment date. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Privacy (GDPR)

The data controller is OPTIMUMTECH FUSION SRL (details above). Contact for any privacy request: contact@optimumtechfusion.com.

  • Sites you check. We fetch public pages of the address you enter. The report is built in memory and returned to your browser; we don’t save reports or page content. Public pages can contain personal data (for example a named owner); we only process it to produce your report.
  • AI providers. To profile the business and draft questions, short extracts of the public homepage go to Levanto (Sage 2, United States). In the paid audit, your questions and business name go to each engine that is switched on (for example Perplexity, OpenAI, Google or Anthropic, mostly in the United States), which return their answers. Those providers process API requests under their own API terms, which say API data is not used to train their models by default. Basis: performing the service you ask for (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)); transfers under art. 49(1)(b) or the provider’s safeguards. Don’t put confidential information into your questions.
  • Abuse protection. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is running the free check, and we count checks per network address (IPv6 /64) for up to a day to apply the free limit (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)). Cloudflare also keeps short-lived request logs for security and errors.
  • Analytics. Cookieless product analytics (PostHog, EU region): which steps were used, score bands and error types, never the address you checked or your questions. Legitimate interest in improving the service; you can object by email or block it in your browser.
  • Payments. If you buy, Stripe receives the email, card and billing details you enter on its page. We receive Stripe’s payment record (email, amount, country) and keep it to deliver the pass, handle refunds and meet accounting law; Romanian law requires accounting records for 10 years (art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).   • Email. If you email us, we keep the thread to answer and for as long as needed for that request.
  • In your browser. The audit pass is saved in local storage on this site only. No accounts, no ads, no advertising cookies.
  • Processors. Cloudflare (hosting, API, Turnstile, email forwarding), Levanto (business profile and questions), the connected answer engines, PostHog (analytics), Stripe (payments).
  • Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, by email. You can complain to your data protection authority; in Romania that is ANSPDCP. No automated decisions with legal effect are made about you.
